Booking Policy – Tuk It Easy

1. Reservations

  • All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once payment or deposit is received.

  • Please ensure all personal details provided during booking are accurate.

2. Payment

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified at checkout) is required to secure your booking.

  • Payments can be made via the secure online payment options provided on our website.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to dates or times are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

5. Weather Policy

  • Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, if extreme weather makes the trip unsafe, we will reschedule your booking or offer a full refund.

6. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeiture without refund.

7. Liability

  • Tuk It Easy is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing a booking on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
