Lean back, let the views flirt with you, and let the day open up like a flower. Soon, we arrive at the elegant embrace of Cape Point Vineyards. Here, the vines stretch out like green poetry, and the air smells like sunshine meeting the earth. Then comes the good part… You’re welcomed into a wine tasting experience that dances between crisp whites, smooth reds, and those gentle notes that make your heart hum. Sip, swirl, smile — this is your moment. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Tuk It Easy 1. Reservations All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once payment or deposit is received. Please ensure all personal details provided during booking are accurate. 2. Payment Full payment or a deposit (as specified at checkout) is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via the secure online payment options provided on our website. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable. 4. Changes to Bookings Changes to dates or times are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. 5. Weather Policy Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, if extreme weather makes the trip unsafe, we will reschedule your booking or offer a full refund. 6. Late Arrivals Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeiture without refund. 7. Public & Passengers Liability All passengers are automatically covered by our Passenger Liability Insurance cover for up to R20 million per event. Tuk It Easy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour. 8. Acceptance of Terms By completing a booking on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
